I loved the cooking class with Brent Marsh and team. It was relaxed and informative. He answered all our questions while patiently guiding us through the different recipes.We learned to make an amazing number of delicious dishes. I, who don't like to cook that much, feel inspired to head to the market and get the ingredients and start making tortillas and making some of the dishes I learned about. The meal at the end was the crowning glory of the experience--the food was great!
